Roofing material, components, dormer windows - all this ensures tightness, durability and modern design of the apartment building in Pidhaitsi.

The client chose two types of roofing to match the style of the house. The first one is the Quadra metal tile made of raw materials from the Slovakian manufacturer U.S. Steel Košice. It has a reduced wave rise and repeats modern natural tiles with low ledges and flat relief. The second type of roof is a black matte metal profile TP-12 made of Slovak steel.

According to the individual order, we manufactured the following components: sealing and protective elements of the ridge and cornice, semicircular ridge and self-tapping screws.

The house was also fitted with wooden skylights made by Fakro, a Ukrainian company. The single-chamber model has curtains in the middle of the window height, a handle at the bottom of the frame, and two positions for micro-ventilation.
